1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Creation Learning Academy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Educational Services
Creation Learning Academy provides a creation-based Christian homeschool curriculum platform. Our services include access to educational content, interactive learning tools, and community features designed to support homeschooling families.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Parents or legal guardians must supervise any use of the Platform by minors under 13 years of age.
4. Subscription and Payment
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless canceled. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided on the Platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our materials for personal, non-commercial homeschooling purposes only. You may not redistribute, sell, or publicly display our content without written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with our Christian values and mission. You will not use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to distribute inappropriate content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these standards.
7. Content Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy in all educational content, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of the information provided. Parents are responsible for evaluating and supervising their children's education.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services for payment processing, authentication, and other features. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Creation Learning Academy and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
